Building an Inclusive Culture (upcoming webinar)

I am going to do some webinars.

It has been on my list of things to do for a long time, but I just had not set aside the time to try and figure out the best way to go about doing it. I still have not set aside the time to do that, but I was recently reminded that imperfect action is a much more valuable thing than a perfect plan.

I am not sure how often I will be doing them, maybe monthly, maybe quarterly, but my first one is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6th from 12:00 – 1:00pm CST. It is going to be focused on Building an Inclusive Organizational Culture. I will set aside the final 15-20 minutes for Q and A, but am going to cram as much information as possible into that first 40-45 minutes.

I will spend just a few minutes upfront on my background and experience for folks that are not familiar with me, and will review my basic philosophy and some definitions that I use, so that there is some common language.

Then I will move on to review two different frameworks or models for thinking about “Inclusive Culture.” One framework will be mine, and the other will be the Netter Principles, which I like every bit as much as my own model.

Then I will focus on 4 or 5 levers for changing a culture, toward greater Inclusion.

It is free and it it will be good. Register here.

Be good to each other.
