I have been a subscriber to The Diversity Factor, a leading source of information in the fields of diversity and organizational development, for about the past year and a half. It comes out of Rutgers University and I have been pretty pleased with it. Its articles tend to go a little deeper into issues than those in a lot of other publications, and I appreciate that. Anyway…I found out yesterday that I am going to have an opinion piece published in their next issue and that is pretty exciting news for me.
