 I do love diagrams and this is a great one…add this diagram to all of your materials regarding diversity and inclusion efforts.  This simple diagram explains exactly why so many diversity efforts are perceived to be falling short.  We are talking about very difficult work that takes time, yet there is generally a small investement made (one person, small budget) with people running around after 6 months asking about results.  This is a great diagram.
