I am personally not familiar with Hewitt Associates, but they have some great resources on their website. They are an HR consulting firm, and have a lot of things on talent management, leadership, changing workforce, etc. but I want to highlight a couple of resources that are relevant to workplace diversity and inclusion efforts:
