Working with Humans: Diversity, Inclusion and Communication @ Work
Do you work with humans? How is that working out for you? Would you like that to be a little more effective…more authentic…more real?
This engaging and interactive workshop will provide participants with a deep-dive examination of diversity, inclusion and communication and the roles that they play in our work and our lives. Participants will also be introduced to tools for making their work (and other) relationships as authentic, valuable and effective as possible.

- Common Language
- Types and dimensions of diversity
- The science of bias, assumption and perception
- Working constructively with paradox and diversity
- Creating effective and authentic workplace relationships
- Intentional communication tools
These workshops will take place at the UNO Thompson Alumni Center from 8:00am – 11:30am. Cost for attendance is $49.20. This workshop has been very well recieved.
