Dr. Raymond A. Winbush is the Director of the Institute for Urban Research at Morgan State University in Baltimore Maryland. He is the former Benjamin Hooks Professor of Social Justice at Fisk University and Director of the University’s Race Relations Institute.  His book, The Warrior Method:  A Program for Rearing  Healthy Black Boys, is a comprehensive African-centered program for rearing Black boys in a racist society.  He has made appearances on the CBS Morning Show, Black Entertainment Television and the Oprah Winfrey Show with the cast of the critically acclaimed film, Crash.  Dr. Winbush received a $50,000 grant from the Will and Jada Smith Pinkett foundation to begin the Warrior Institute in Baltimore Maryland.  
 

Dr. Winbush, an international speaker will deliver a message of hope and healing and share his insight into the complexity and needs of black women and black men relationships.  He will also conduct a workshop on  The Door of Return:  Effective Communication between Black Men and Women".  Dr. Winbush is an engaging speaker who will inspire you to think differently about life and love.
