The Urban League of Nebraska Young Professionals Chapter is a volunteer auxiliary of the Urban League of Nebraska. Its mission is to engage young professionals in the National Urban League’s movement toward the achievement of social and economic equality. In addition to supporting programs such as BEEP, Equal Opportunity Day and the Annual Expo, the ULNYP Chapter embraces the 5 empowerment strategies of the National Urban League:
- Education and Youth Empowerment
- Economic Empowerment
- Health and Quality of Life Empowerment
- Civic Engagement and Leadership Empowerment
- Civic Rights and Racial Justice Empowerment
