One of the places that I spend some of my on-line time is Recruiting Blogs, an online community for recruiters (shocker!) and the people that love (and hate) them. I belong to about a dozen similar communities and this one is by far the most active. It has also become my favorite. It is a pretty large community:

- 253 groups
- 3,962 discussions
- 4,666 blog posts
Size does not necessarily equal quailty, but I consider this to be a very high quality and vibrant place. There is a lot of activity, great people involved and a lot of great sharing. I have slowly but surely gotten more and more involved here and I now have the privilege of facilitating a monthly chat session as part of the Talent Talk Cafe series, which is facilitated by the lovely and talented Susan Burns. Last month I talked about The Power of Assumptions, and this month (tomorrow actually – Thursday 3pm ET/12pm PT) I will be talking about Diversity Re-examined. So…come check it out…or at least check out Recruiting Blogs and the other Talent Talk Cafe facilitators and topics, if your work involves people in anyway, you will find something of value there.
