Despite all of the rhetoric and static about “celebrating” and “embracing” diversity, there is a still a great deal of confusion about what diversity means and why it matters to organizations and communities. At the same time, diversity is becoming increasingly important as a driver for learning, problem solving and creativity. Please attend this interactive, engaging and informative session to help re-set the diversity conversation for the 21st century. This session will examine:
- what diversity really is
- what diversity really means to our organizations and communities
- the role of human nature
