I do an increasing amount of speaking and presenting on cognitive diversity…what it is, why it matters, how to benefit from it, how it is linked to better decision making and innovation. I think it is an incredibly important topic and a big part of resetting the diversity and inclusion conversation and a big part of building next generation communities and organizations. This morning I spoke at a Diversity Best Practices forum in Indianapolis about cognitive diversity and I thought I would share my slides.
