As much as I like social media, I also very much value a break from it. Every year at about this time I sign off for a month. I will continue contributing to the Talent Anarchy blog, and I have a post or two cued up at a couple of the other places that I write for…but beyond that I am going away until January 16th. No tweeting, no facebooking (okay, there will probably a holiday pic or two that will find its way to facebook), and nothing going on here.

So peace out.

I do wish you happy holidays and a spectacular 2012.

I also wish for you additional wellness in 2012…whatever that means for you. I think a lot of us do not take great care of ourselves. More sleep, more playtime, more exercise, drink more water… More wellness. Take better care of you.

I also wish for you more discomfort…the discomfort that comes with blazing trails, pursuing big fat aspirations, challenging authority and doing things that have not ever been done before. I hope that you feel that discomfort in your belly on a regular basis in 2012. I hope that you do a thing or two this coming year that scare you to death.

I wish for you a powerful posse. I hope that you surround yourself with people that love you and challenge you.

I wish for you big ideas.

I wish for you big questions.

I wish for you big laughs, laughs that make your whole body move.

I wish for you a year of Flying your Freak Flag. You know what is unique about you, you have always known it. I hope that you find additional ways to share that stuff this coming year, we will all be better for it. I hope that you shake your tail feathers in 2012.
